It’s a shame for a woman to grow old without ever seeing the strength and beauty of which her body is capable. It took me 41 years to enjoy make up ✨🤍✨

Many girls ask me how I stay naturally young. In a nutshell: no surgery fillers botox, no unprocessed food or crazy diet, eat the rainbow of coloured fruits & veggies, no to smoking & drugs, loads of workouts sleep meditation, avoid stress, very little cocktails and Love Smile & be grateful being healthy & alive every single day ☀️

MY HORMONES:

A few years ago I was totally stressed, unhappy, overtrained, underweight and super ripped fighter. My testorone was sky high, very low estrogen, no period, not healthy. I didn’t feel or look female. The only solution was medicine. Thank god my obgyn allowed me to change my diet & lifestyle myself first. I started my research and monitoring everything to get my hormones in order. It got me where I am today. A healthy woman 💪🏼💕☺️ In addition I became an educated @hormoonfactor trainer, for several years now. a.o. I help women with getting their cycle back on track. Reduce menopause or thyroid problems.

Many people think HORMONES is all about sex or pregnant women, but there’s so much more to talk about. They are important messages both within the brain and between the brain and the body. This system is very important for the activation and control of basic behavioral activities, such as sex; emotion; responses to stress; and eating, drinking, and the regulation of body functions, including growth, reproduction, energy use, and metabolism.

Your body is your temple take care of it! Nourish your health & count your blessings. I keep track of my HORMONES and enjoy my body & mind the fullest. So ladies I can help you focus on your nutrition & lifestyle to keep everything running in a much better way.

NUTRITION (in a nut shell)

I’m a real foodie, no crazy diets but like 80/20 principle. If I get too hard on myself I eat treats triple amount.. And of course I use my Hormoon Factor studies. It took me a long time to realize and made me change my love/hate relationship with food. In a nut shell: Almost all my life I ate unprocessed food, thank god for my progressive parents. I’ve never liked meat and haven’t eaten any for 15+ yrs. I make sure I get my proteins in order to maintain & build muscle. I love veggies, every day different colours, different vitamines. So yYou can eat or take out specific foods out within your cycle to keep everything running in a much better way. Also eating unprocessed, organic, avoid (refined) sugar, consume healthy fats, eat protein with every meal etc. It’s kinda complicated and customization but really interesting and I love it when it all comes together. Especially when I see women bloom after treatment 🌸🙏🏼

Keep checking my blogs! On my website I get more into what hormones do with tips & tricks 💛
